Arraignment for Spokane man who claimed repo-ed truck was stolen
Andrew James Petrie, 28, was arraigned today in Spokane County Superior Court for claiming that his truck
had been stolen when in reality it had been repossessed
.
He faces one count of first-degree attempted theft and one count of insurance fraud.
